Rental Rates
Rates vary depending on the date, duration, size, and season of your function.

Rentals include the venue as-is, as well as a staff person to help coordinate parking & venue-specific logistics. Base rental rates (does not include beverage/additional add-ons,) as of January 1, 2023 are as follows:

Small-Tier (up to 50 guests)

Half day (up to six hours) - $850

Full day (6+ hour rental) - $1500

By the hour (2 hour minimum) - $350

Mid-Tier (up to 125 guests)
